There should be a 0 Star Rating. 24-7 RIDE cancelled us at 9:40 p.m. by email and automated call the night before a scheduled 7:00 a.m. pick up. At 10:00 p.m., we were scrambling for a ride to LAX, 90 miles away. We managed to secure a taxi, but it couldn’t get us until 8:20, so we almost missed our plane to Norway where we were connecting to a cruise. So stressful! As we expected, they dumped us on the return trip as well. Fortunately Super Shuttle just outside the terminal got us home. The email and voicemail said: “It is with our great regret to inform you that due to an unforeseen situation and beyond our control, we are unable accommodate your scheduled pickup service and began your refund processes.” They didn’t. Once we returned, I had to call them twice to finally get our money back over 5 weeks after the cancellation. We figured the situation beyond their control was that they didn’t have a return fare so we were just not worth their time. We might have believed it once, but twice? Not only did they not have the courage to have a live person call to cancel, the message ended with “Have a nice day!” UNBELIEVABLE.
