I called A Quality Carpet on Monday to schedule a cleaning. We set up an appointment for the very next day between the hours of 10-11am. When I originally called I had to leave a msg on the recording and someone called me back within the hour to schedule. The day of the cleaning I got up early and moved all the small furniture such as end tables, lamps etc. I vacuumed and had everything ready for them to come in and clean. At 11:05 I called because I was told I would receive a call when they were on their way and I wanted to make sure we were still on. Again, I left a msg. I called numerous times since and I have yet to hear back from anyone and they did not show to do my carpets. Would not recommend this company!
