I sent in 2 rebates to Acomdata (in the same envelope) last September 09.
I had to hound the retailer to contact Acomdata on my behalf because Acomdata wouldn't respond. Acomdata then sent me ONE of my rebates 8 months later. They claim outright they did not get the other, despite them both having been mailed in the SAME envelope.
This would normally be a minor issue, but I have since learned that Acomdata has become notorious amongst pc hardware and peripheral companies for having very shady (and very suspicious) customer service. You will see a high number of complaints that have arisen from Acomdata's rebate system alone. If you buy an Acomdata product with a mail-in rebate, consider yourself lucky if you get it a year later, if at all.
