I wish I had read all the reviews posted by others here before I signed up for this membership. Well, I didn't and I regret doing this. I am very disappointed with this dating agency. My matchmaker set me up with the guy that was completely not my type. But I decided to be open minded and agreed to talk to him and to set up a date. Even though my matchmaker reassured me that they guy finds me very beautiful and is very interested in meeting me, he actually never called. And I got a feeling that matchmaker new in advance that he was not going to call. After that she sent me three more introductions with the same type of guys disregarding what I am looking for. I decided to call the top manager to ask him to switch the matchmaker for me. I left a message back in August, I left two more messages with the secretary couple of weeks ago who reassured me that the manager would call me back right away. Nobody did. Then I left a message on manager's voicemail a week ago...still waiting. If the top manager completely ignores the clients and doesn't provide any customer care whatsoever, what can you possibly expect from the company? I haven't been with this agency for a long time but at this point I don't wish to deal with them ever. Lesson well learnt.I'd not recommend Elite to anybody even to an enemy. I wish I could get my money back at least partially, but I don't think it possible. Please any advice on money refund would be greatly appreciated.
