I ordered the product on through the free trial period. My trial expired on Sept. 26, 2008. The product looks like water in a bottle and no visible results could be seen using the product so I started calling the company on Sept. 25, 2008 to receive an RMA. After sitting on hold for almost 30 minutes listening to the same song playing over and over I reached a customer service rep who told me that their system was down. I explained that my trial expired the following day and was told that it would not be a problem becuase they were not charging becuase the system was down. I called back again the following day and several times the following week sitting on hold for extended periods of time only to be continually told that their system was still down. Finally, on October 6, 2008 a rep from the company told me to return the product using the order number as my RMA. I did so and insured the package through the post office as proof that it was returned. I received my credit card statement this week and I was charged full price for the product on Septemeber 30, 2008 which was when their system was supposed to be down and a week before I was authorized to return it. I called this morning to try to reach a rep and was caller 19 in line....sat on hold for about 20 minutes and their phone cut me off. I called back and was caller 23 in line. This time I made it all the way through only to receive a recorded message that their system was down and to call back on Friday. The same thing I was being told over a month ago when this all started only this time it wasn't even a person. This company has very bad business practices.
