My warranty co. sent these clowns to repair a water softener. The 1st 2 called it a reverse osmosis system but wrote on the receipt that it was a water softener. Days later the expert clown shows up and call the softener a water treatment device. The warranty co (American Home Shield) does not cover water treatment devices but does cover a softener. Not sure how All Intercity received a contractor license or how they remain in business. The owner Jim Barrett has dodged phone calls. American Home shield is going to cover the softener and consider dropping this co. from the call list.
DO NOT USE THEM EVEN TO CHANGE A WATER HOSE WASHER.......
