They got the IRS to accept a settlement for me and i see that they have been in business for a very long time so they must be doing something right. All i know is i gave them the documents they asked for and i paid them and the IRS is finally taken care of. I dont understand why you all have had problems anyway i guess i was just lucky. Once again they have been in business a very long time and im sure im the only happy customer to ever come here. LOL
