We have been on the Federal Trade Commission's Do No Call list for several years. Today, we received a call from 866.680.2942. Nader (spelling may be incorrect) left a message and I called him back. I told him that we are on the DNC list and he said, "you have to pay a fee for that". I told him he had no idea what he was talking about and that we would be filing suit against his firm. This is a slimeball company that is in serious violation of Federal and state laws. They will be reported to the State Bar as it is a law firm run by Reza Bayat.
