We started our loan modification on April 5, 2010. Most time we dealt with Michael Serour. He promised us our loan to be modified and charged us $4000, we paid 2 installment of the amount $1881. I called to Wells Fargo and asked about the status of my loan, no paper were filed and no case were found, after that Michael faxed some papers, few months later I call to Wells Fargo again and they said that I am not qualified. I asked for my refund by email, left several messages and until now nobody have returned my phone calls or emails. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOULUTELY FRAUD. They change fee up front which is illegal(now I Know) and don't perform. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DESPERATE PEOPLE. SHAME ON YOU Michael Serour and your team.
