I personally have had the experience to work for Bo Enterprises and I must warn those of you who choose to do business with them to take caution. I started in 2009 and just ended my time at Bo after experiencing harassment and sexual harassment from management and DAP employees. I felt that this was an unfortunate circumstance since we were all there to achieve the same goal: to earn a living and get healthcare benefits. The work environment was unbearable, the bosses kept bouncing checks to employees and they purposefully overlooked consistent written requests for pay advances after six months of permanent employment. When my father passed in May of 2009 not a single person gave me a sympathy card. Nor did Amy Diffenderfer or Peter Hoffman kindly offer bereavement leave. It is a private company after all with such poor etiquette and empathy for others. I must express profound sadness that managment put the sake of their selfishness and profit over the safety and well being of their fellow employees. To get an A+ rating I would assume it would take key persons to get the company to that point and not just the effort of one person. In light of the suffering I may feel I am very glad to cut ties with the company and Amy Diffenderfer and Peter Hoffman. In life if we demand respect we must give it in order to recieve it! It cuts both ways.
