I have been buying pool devil bits and pieces from Cabb for maybe three years. This summer mine was broken during a pool party. In July I ordered a replacement. My card was charged right away. A little over a month later (yesterday ) I had not seen the new pool devil so I emailed Cabb. Within a couple of hours I got a reply that my shipment was due to arrive the next day (today). I thought I was being mislead, the response seemed just too convenient. But the box just arrived, shipped UPS ground. So they were honest with me and delivered the goods.
Also, the pool devil product works as advertised. I love it because it saves me work and chemicals.
My guess is that since the pool devils are made in China there may be a wait of several weeks or more if Cabb has run out of inventory and is between shipments.
I will continue to buy from Cabb Distributors.
