A Misunderstanding

I am glad that I was given a full refund because I really did not know or understand what I had gotten myself into. All I visited the website for was a free credit report. I put my information in and ended up being charged 19.95. I feel the website did not make the information available for me to see. I had to report them to the BBB to get a full refund. In the end I now understand that I had not read the fine print as many of us do not. This is a classic case of "reading before you sign!" I do thank CreditReport.com for refunding my money as it had put me in a small financial bind.
