For a $950 record order, they went $250 over the estimate. They intentionally leave charges off the estimate so they can hike up the rate once they have your deposit, and the manufacturing turnaround is slow. Communication with the staff is sporadic and they only answer the questions they choose to. Don't expect to be satisfied with this company
