Fusion Star has just replaced our heater, whole-house fan, and attic insulation--large and messy jobs, but done quickly, neatly, and well. Sean Marciano, the proprietor, is everything one could want in a contractor: he's competent, honest, reliable, and punctual. He's also unfailingly courteous and delightful to converse with. Over three days, about ten different members of his crews passed through our home. Like Sean, they all worked quickly and efficiently and were polite and considerate. They're evidently used to working together as a team and get things done with surprising speed; they clearly know what they're doing. Throughout all phases of the work, Sean explained exactly what was being done, encouraged us to ask questions, and was always ready to comply with our wishes. He oversaw every phase of the work and would not leave until it was completed to his--and our--satisfaction. When everything was done, our only regret was seeing Sean go. We're already looking forward to his return to inspect the work in a few weeks. You can be sure that the next time we need work done, we'll call Fusion Star first. (Oh ... did I mention that Sean has a great sense of humor?)
