GoMerch's customer service is second to none. They are extremely helpful and very accommodating. Any queries I had were answered and resolved immediately. I found them to be really friendly and flexible to my needs.
I made separate purchases and contacted them to see if I could save on shipping costs by having everything sent together. They agreed to help no problem and when I queried the amount refunded to me they very quickly refunded the full amount without fuss. I feel they listen to their customers and bend over backwards to keep them fully informed and happy.
I would definitely be delighted to shop with them again and wish that all companies would take note of their example in how to deliver a 5 star service.
