Negative/Minus Stars would be accurate

The only thing they did right was give me a full refund after more than three weeks waiting to get repair service. Never received a date for the repair. Constantly had to call to ask about the status of the repair service. Told three times part had been ordered and I would be getting a call to schedule an appointment for repair. Never happened. Finally opted for a refund so that I could contact a reputable TV repair service that could quickly address the repair. This company is one of Vizio's recommended repair companies. Would not use them and I certainly will not purchase another Vizio TV with their "worthless, doesn't cover anything" warranty. I have to agree with other review, I would give this company negative/minus stars. Negative 5 Stars.
