Bad choice

Here’s an e-mail I sent them 3 day ago with no response as yet.
On 04/20/2012 I ordered cartages from you. My credit card showed your deduction the next day yet I’m still waiting for my order. Your order confirmation suggested I go to customer service to review the status of my order yet your web site doesn’t have a customer service tab.
So far all I have is a question, am I dealing with a reputable vender? Your response would be appreciated.
I called their number, 831-420-8467, twice and an got this message, “we’re unable to take your call at this time, please leave a message”. I also found it odd that a company would offer office hours in eastern time when they have a west coast address? Is this the kind of company you want to do business with?
