False promotion and poor business practices

I ordered ink from this company ten days ago and still have not received my order. Approximately 4 emails sent to them, one response stating that they would check with their shipping dept to check status and tracking num. Never a live person for customer serv.
Advised of cancellation of order and going to initiate dispute. Stay away from the lure of 2 day shipping and never do business again with this co. Bad business practice and apparently not ethical when it comes to their follow through.
STAY AWAY!!! Customer service doesn't exist and more than likely no shipping dept. either. Sounds like a one man operation.
