LD Products is a lousy company. I ordered several batches of ink from them and the ink ran out fast, weak color + the cartridges leak. They 100% guarantee their cartridges on their web site and on EBay and that is not true. Their last cartridges "tore-up" my printer and they refuse to accept any responsibility, even with their guarantee. When I personally contacted them and they found I had a complaint, the customer service rep was evasive and the person I spoke with to "fix" the problem never returned my calls after the first contact. He told me to take my printer in the back yard and pour a bottle of alcohol in it to see if that would repair the problem (absurd!). And I'll bet you after they see their rating go down they will have one of their cronies send in a positive review to bring their reviews back up. They are not worth their rating. Beware of this company!
