I made the same stupid mistake many others have-that is, I trusted this site to do what they advertised and claimed they did-that is to clean and fix my computer. All they did was charge me $29.95 and I had to hire a technician at a cost of $120.00 to
remove a virus after PC CLEANER ran. A message came up after their program ran saying "Congratulations! Your PC is in good shape"-good shape for the repair shop! What a rip off!!! I called their C/S in the Philippines (where else) and was told in broken English
that all I had to do was file a claim with PayPal and I would be refunded. What a joke. I have a claim pending now which they denied. Please-BEFORE you try this-do your homework or you may be SORRY!
