I recently purchased furniture from Paradise Furniture in the Antelope Valley Mall. I purchased a couch in September of 2010. I had a pleasant experience in the store with the sales people but the delivery drivers were horrible! First off, they came a day early and I was out walking my dog. Luckily I was walking back home when I saw the delivery drivers driving down the road. First they were just going to drop the boxes off and not set up the couch when I specifically paid for delivery and set up. Then they were helping me move my old couch out of the way and broke a martini glass that was on a shelf. They didn't even apologize. Then in June of 2011 I ordered a new dining room table and chairs, a coffee table, and two end tables. Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 days. The dining room table came on time but, 8 days later, the coffee table and two end tables have still not arrived. I have called and they have no clue when they are supposed to get here. With all this being said, the price of their furniture is good but customer service is poor! It's not worth the cheap price. I will never order from there again!!!
