It pains me to even give these guys one star. These guys are the worst and I suggest, unless you don't mind being responsible for any damage to your vehicle, that you don't use them. I had a car shipped from MA to CA and when I got it, they had scrapped the bottom of my car so badly that they pierced the oil pan. When I put in my claim, I was ignored. I followed up, was told they would 'work with me' and then nothing. DON'T TRUST THEM. Almost a year and over $700 dollars later, I haven't received a cent. They didn't take responsibility for the damage in any way and now won't return my phone calls or emails, even after having threatened legal action, which I still plan to take. So, instead of it costing me $1200, I'm in for almost $2,000. You're much better off NOT using one of these "brokers" and going straight to a company that you work directly with and that will take responsibility for any damage that occurs to your vehicle. JUST SAY NO TO PIONEER!!!!
