I was not happy with the program. The overall feeling I got from this company was they would take care of their "fees" first before taking care of you, then, they would settle your account. Yes, they settled the lowest (approx $700) credit I had the first time. Then, issue after another came up. I had to borrow money ($$$) in order to pay another debt because the program did not assist me with the issue of getting served and having court letters. It put me on a lot of stress, as I thought, signing up for this program will take at least some load off my shoulder and be debt free in 3 years. Instead, I was wrong! They didn't even settled the credit at least 50%. Aargh! Well, my last credit card with the program, guess what? I settled it myself! And, I did a good job of settling it 50%. Well, I'm done with the program and I've learned my lesson. For you folks out there, shop around!
