Not able to contact Povanta

I have tried countless times to contact Provanta, my calls do not connect, my email attempts fail, the web site is not even available. Is Provanta still in business? I am a client with them for 3 years it is odd that this situation is occurring, I need
to know where I stand with my account. Can some one help. Thanks.
