I would not refer this company to anyone. They're dishonest. They took my money, $2,900, and paid themselves first. After 5 months, the paid 1 creditor $319.00. When I filed a complaint to get my money back, they responded I "had been a client of Provanta since April 2010". The actual date on my contract is shows "September 10, 2009". They did not notify my creditors. When I forwarded letters from my creditors, Provanta said they had notified the creditors. I kept calls and letters from the creditors. Two creditors filed lawsuits against me. I had to hire an attorney. If Provanta doesn't return my money, I'm taking them to court to get my money back.
