I have all POSITIVE thoughts and an AWESOME experience with Pure Logic Escrow!! I was so nervous to try a new Escrow Company and they totally KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE BALLPARK!! No glitches and it was truly a tricky deal with 2 HOA companies, the Seller had a silent 2nd to handle and then Buyer's changed from Conv. to FHA midway and I was Super worried but Frank really took the bull by the horns and kept us on track! I highly recommend their service and know that you are in good hands!!
Thanks again and I will never put my Escrow's anywhere else because they are FULL SERVICE with a SUPER deal for the Seller's I work with and the Buyer's are given top notch service too with pronto attention!!
