Kathy Otero and Carryl Johnson are an amazing team. Having worked with other escrow teams before, I immediately noticed a difference when I began working with them mid-2020. They are attentive, responsive, and always there to help or answer questions. By far the best customer service I've received. I will never use any one else now having done over 10 deals together. :)
