BAD experience

Everything was backed up. I neede help quickly. there was a huge 2 page add in the phone book so I called thm. they came Rapidly. It was pouring rain. The plumber didn't want to use an electric snake so called another truck with a high water pressure hose. no mention was made of How much. I was just glad together it fixed. Then he claimed he took a picture and the drain pipe from the house to the street was broken and filled with mud. it would be $9000 to repair it. I am an old lady but that naive . I called another ,plumbing company who said It was roots and cleaned it out for $200.
I think Rapid Plumbing preys on old folks who are panicked. I was very angry.
