In October of 2010 my employer ordered 203 Faux Leather Binders from Jack Feldman at S.J Creative Group, LLC DBA Rollabind. We were required to pre-pay (by check only), which we did do. 2 Days prior to our "need by" date we were informed that the binders would not be available and were substituted with an inferior plastic version. The amount of the inserted paper in the binders was less than what we had ordered as well. We have called Mr. Feldman several times to obtain a partial refund for the cost difference and he refuses to return or take calls from anyone at our company. Buyer Beware.
