SO first of all the phone number for them on this does not even work which is clue #1, but they call my business 3-4 times a week hoping someone will answer the phone that has not been warned about them. They say hi am with your copier company and i just need the model number on your machine (if you tell them they send you toner marked up 5x what it is worth). I have told everyone at the office they will usually hang up if you just ask what company they are with but the lady today actually said supply processing center and i told her that is not who we use then she hung up. It just makes me so mad that there is actually a busniess that supports itself by tricking people like that. Shame on all of you and karma will come around
