Family Deactivation
|
I started SB a while ago and my son was watching me win things and asked for an account of his own, it wasnt long after that my husband also wanted to give it a try. We havent had any issues until yesterday & both of them had been deactivated!! SB obviously thinks I am using their account for myself. How can you just jump to this conclusion without proof?? My son enjoys playing the games to win his points. He was super excited to have recently cashed in some of his points for a Linkin Park T Shirt, something he had won on his own!! & he still had over 600 points acquired to put towards a video game. He is upset!! My husband doesnt use SB quite as much as we do, mainly for searching, but he also had over 600, prob close to 700 SB. He was saving up for a gift card to purchase car parts. I think this is shameful!! We have all sent several emails to the company and are waiting for responses... I dont know what to provide as proof, besides linking their accounts to their FB & or Twitter accounts, which we cannot do unless they reactivate them. As you can tell, I am slightly irritated..... You spend a lot of time on their site to acquire over 600 points for them to just take it away....especially from a teenager who doesnt understand what he did to have his account deactivated. Shame on you!!
