I just got done dealing with these people on the phone for taking money out of my account. I did not finish filling out the paperwork when I seen that you had to "cancel within 7 days" or they would charge you. How is that a FREE report? I didn't even get to see my report because I couldn't get into it. The person on the phone told me I DID finish filling out the paperwork and DID sign into the account and got my credit report. Well NO I DID NOT! Can anyone say FRAUD?!! I got my money back. I'll give them 1 star for giving my money back that they shouldn't have taken in the first place. Didn't get my dollar back either.
