Ticketmaster not looking out for the customer. I was so upset when I missed my show due to someone having a heart attack and rushing off to the hospital rather than my show. I called ticketmaster the next morning first thing to explain what had happened and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. They said oh call the place where the event was going to be held, but they won't do anything they will just refer you back to us and we can't do anything. The person Joseph and his so called manager Andi who was clearly just reading a script to me where no help at all. I didn't even want them to give me free tickets or give me my full money back I was asking for a break. I thought airlines were good at taking advantage of people, but at least if you miss your flight whatever the reason they work with you and try to get you on another flight and don't make you pay full price. I refuse to do business with them again. I was warned and didn't listen.
