I purchased tickets to an event 3 hours away, and they appeared to be good seats. When I arrived at the event, I was not able to see the stage at all. I complained and then I was told that I bought "Limited view" seats. When I arrived home, I checked my order detail and my confirmstion e-mail and NO WHERE did it say limited view seating. When I called Ticketmaster to complain and possibly get back a portion of my money (I subsequently missed the first half of the show), and I faxed them my proof that I had no idea that they were limited view seats, they refused to help me and told me to take it up with my credit card company. Horrible customer service and bad buisness policy.
