Like so many other customers, I too was swindled by Ticketmaster! I tried to purchase the best tickets available today. Although I had every reason to trust Ticketmaster would sell me those tickets, after my purchase was complete, I found better seats for the same event. I called Ticketmaster, was left on hold for ten minutes, then transferred to another representative and put on hold for another ten minutes. When the "Customer service rep" Arturo answered, he was extremely rude and actually had the audacity to blame the vendor, his client! He alleged the vendor tells Ticketmaster which are the best tickets available and Ticketmaser has no control. I called the vendor to advise them of Ticketmaster's position and am waiting for their response to this ridiculous allegation. I also filed a complaint with the BBB but, based upon past experience, I don't anticipate Ticketmaster attempting any type of resolution. The best part of it all was when I told Arturo I was going to do the customer survey and advise of my dissatisfaction, he told me there are a number of Arturos so good luck! Then he hung up on me anyway so there was no survey to complete.
