I have been dealing with this company since last July. It took nine months for me to receive a phone. I finally received it and now it doesn't work. They say that they cannot send me a new phone. I stayed on the phone with them for three hours and was informed that they would send me a new battery and sim card. I received the new battery but no sim card. It has been ten months and I still cannot use this phone. I am very tired of dealing with this company. I know that they are funded by the government yet they will not supply a number to complain to. I would like a new phone shipped to me in a timely manner. I am very disappointed. I will complain to the government about this situation as soon as I find the correct number.
