He was great. Answered all my questions and then some. Very easy to talk, knowledgeable and professional. Always got back to me in a timely manner. I refinanced in 2010 with US Bank who carried my mortgage, a terrible experience. Because of that bad experience I did not try to refinance again UNTIL my brother referred me to Sergio Hernandez from Trademark Lending DBA Upfront Home Loans, I'm glad he did. Closed on 12/26/2014. Great experience with Sergio Hernandez! AND yes I will be referring people.
