Unless you plan on shipping something of little value to a somewhat local destination, I urge you NOT to ship from this store. The employees have no guidance from a manager or from Sean Weil, the owner. They give answers to question and even worse, fill out paperwork with no idea of actual guidelines and procedures. The only thing the employees DO know how to do is swipe your credit card. If you do have a problem, be advised that employees will NOT give out the name of any person in management or ownership. Clearly, those in charge do not want to be bothered with customer complaints. Sean Weil has even chosen to keep his cell number hidden from the corporate UPS Store office so that they cannot call him directly with concerns from a customer. Do your due diligence about shipping practices and charges, and then RUN to the nearest Fedex, USPS, or In Box and More stores. STAY AWAY FROM UPS IN DEERFIELD!
