Do not order from this company. I ordered four disposable e cigarettes before deciding what company to purchase a kit from to try and cut down smoking. The cigarettes came and went in the garbage the same day. They have a manual battery, which jammed and burned out. After taking a drag the liquid was disgusting and leaked in my mouth. I contacted them and the reply was that the manual was for more experienced e-smokers and that they should have posted it on their site! Well, they didn't post anything, so they are at fault....out $40 and they didn't do a thing to refund me a penny, or send at least one replacement cigarette. Worst experience yet! The customer service is awful and they are a ripoff. Don't waste your money!!!!

When you contacted us, we explained that we would gladly replace any item that is defective if it is promptly returned to us. All you have to do is return the defective item. We even agreed to pay for the shipping charges. Our response was and is completely fair. Please send the item back, so that we can correct the issue. If you keep it or destroy it, how can we replace it?
