This company is fraudulent and pursues predatory practices. They threatened to send me to collections for $12, even though I had requested, in writing, for the account to be canceled prior to the annual renewal. I called WebCountry and spoke with Phil Shapiro, the company owner, on the phone and asked him to rectify the situation. Instead, he spend 10 minutes arguing with me that I was wrong. At the end of the day, I agreed to pay $12 to avoid a negative credit score, but I felt absolutely debased. If you have not yet, do not use this company's services for any reason. It's not worth it. They are a rude bunch of predators.
