I bought a one month sub about 3 hours ago and found so many things wrong immediately that I'm now on the BBB site reading these terrible reviews. If one wishes to sign for only one month you must follow a very convoluted set of instructions to instruct them to cancel - not renew automatically - after the one month. So, already upset I try to look at "matches." Despite all attempts was not able to manage search criteria, and most of what "matched" was totally outside the criteria. I will attempt to contact them on Monday. There has obviously been a radical change in ownership based what I understand of the initial high quality results. This is very wrong.
