Jason was terrible!

I booked Mercury Auto Transport weeks before I needed to have my car shipped from Arizona to Illinois. Jason couldn’t have been friendlier in the beginning, but when the days were getting closer and no driver was secured, I was getting concerned. I emailed, called and emailed Jason repeatedly. He NEVER responded! How can a person do that? Just ignore you with no response is unacceptable. I will never use them again. I was able to secure another.company who responded to all communication within minutes.
